What is SAP Family?

Under the name “SAP Family”, SAP and 12 partners have joined forces to find talents like you!

The “Join the SAP Family with your Talent” program was launched by SAP in collaboration with prismat, NTT DATA, Nagarro, all for one Group, innovabee, Westernacher, CNT, cbs, cronos, tts, conos and valantic. The driving force behind the project is the desire to show new talents the diversity and the opportunities that can be found in the SAP Family Ecosystem. The reputation of the SAP consultant urgently needed to be updated too – “As an SAP Consultant I will need to know how to code” – nonsense! Anyone can become a SAP Consultant and non-IT know-how is highly valued! We are looking for talents and we know very well that the best have all kinds of skills and come from all kinds of backgrounds. There is no “one size fits all” here.

SAP as the world’s business metro

Every company has different departments such as the human resources, the finance, e-commerce, sales, marketing, purchasing, possibly also production and logistics. In these departments, many people work on a wide variety of tasks that are ultimately all interrelated in order to produce goods (e.g. a bicycle, food, medication, …) or services (e.g. a cell phone contract, treatment in a hospital, air travel, …) for a customer.

All these tasks can be done with SAP software. SAP works like a huge metro network in which tasks are completed, goods, services and information are exchanged between the various departments and the world outside the company (customers, suppliers, banks, etc.).
