General Questions
Are you curious how #SAPFamily works?
Here are the basics you need to know before you get started.
What is the #SAPFamily?
The #SAPFamily is a recruiting and employer branding platform for the SAP Partner Ecosystem with the goal of attracting the best talents (SAP experts, career changers: IT-savvy people with process and industry know-how, as well as university graduates) for the SAP Partner Ecosystem and making partner companies more visible as attractive employers for talented individuals.
Who is the platform suitable for?
The platform is aimed at SAP professionals, experienced professionals and graduates as well as SAP partner companies who are specifically looking for talent and want to increase their visibility among potential customers and candidates.
Is #SAPFamily a job board?
#SAPFamily is not a traditional job board, but an exclusive club for SAP partners and candidates with priority check-in for both sides.
One application is enough – the #SAPFamily platform automatically matches candidates with SAP partner companies, and candidates decide for themselves which SAP partner company can see their application.
In addition to matching, the #SAPFamily also offers a job board where candidates can directly view open positions from SAP partners and apply specifically.
The job board complements the matching and is ideal when candidates are targeting a specific position or a particular partner company.
Application process
The application process is simple. Here's what you need to know before applying.
How do I apply as a candidate?
Create your profile and answer all questions in the survey as comprehensively and honestly as possible, because a complete introduction to yourself increases your chances of being contacted by an SAP partner company.
Can I apply for multiple jobs?
Yes, you have two options:
Application via the #SAPFamily Talent Pool:
Answer the questions in our corresponding questionnaire – your answers will automatically be considered your application. The #SAPFamily platform matches your profile with suitable SAP partner companies, and you decide which partners can view your profile.
Direct application via the Partner Job Board:
If you find a specific position at an SAP partner on our job board that appeals to you, you can apply directly to the partner company.
Use both paths to maximize your chances of an exciting career in the #SAPFamily!
How long does the matching process take?
The matching process via our platform takes just a few seconds.
However, the time it takes for an SAP partner to contact you can vary, as it depends heavily on your skills and the profiles the partner is currently looking for:
- Sometimes it happens quickly and you will be contacted within a few hours or days.
- In other cases it may take several weeks.
- Unfortunately, it may also happen that you do not receive any feedback if your profile does not currently meet the requirements.
Tip: Keep your profile up to date, add certificates, experience, and social media links to increase your chances of being contacted quickly!
What happens after I apply?
If your profile matches one of the partner companies, the responsible colleagues from the partner company's recruiting department will contact you as soon as possible.
You should also know: Your data is protected – the partner companies cannot view each other's data or exchange information with each other. All your information and communication remain exclusively between the respective SAP partner company and you.
